Based on the unforgettable story of how two cats adopted one allergic woman and her family...to teach them about what really matters in life.
What begins as an afternoon visit from a stray tabby quickly turns into a seven-cat circus in this heartwarming tale of love, loss, and the powerful bond between cats and those they love. With both its endearing and comedic moments, The Cat Who Came to Dinner is a true, feel-good story sure to pull at the heartstrings of animal lovers everywhere.
As many cat owners have already discovered, our feline friends have a lot to teach us...for better or for worse. When we show them affection, they reciprocate ten-fold. When needed, they remind us to have fun by showing us how it's done. During periods of grief or loss, they offer their comfort and support. Their love and loyalty are boundless, even when difficult, life-changing decisions need to be made. Indeed, the life lessons from cats come in many forms, ranging from the hilarious to the heroic.
However, cats are clever creatures and have things they want out of life too. They just need to find an unsuspecting human who can help carry out their designs. For anyone who has ever wanted to learn the subtle art of cat hustling, The Cat Who Came to Dinner makes for both an educational and highly amusing read.
