(London: Columbia 1967). ORIGINAL UK EXHIBITORS CAMPAIGN BOOK. A trifold with a loose insert. Note - this is the original Exhibitors Campaign Book and not a modern reproduction. This would have been sent to the cinemas and the media during the release year of the 60's movie "Casino Royale" that starred Peter Sellers, Ursula Andress, David Niven, Woody Allen, Orson Welles etc. Contains information and images of the licensed merchandising that was produced to tie in with the film; press adverts and posters that were used to promote the film; details of stills and lobby cards to promote the movie; and other merchandising campaigns etc. These original Exhibitor Campaign Books are difficult to find these days.
