- Book 7 of 7: The Lantern Ridge Mysteries
A Christmas mystery lost for seventy years is about to find its way home.
Christmas has arrived in Lantern Ridge, and the whole town is preparing for its annual tree-lighting celebration. But while helping sort through old decorations at Town Hall, Mallory, Tito, Jasmine, and Reynolds discover something no one expected-a yellowed letter tucked inside an old ornament box.
Written in 1956 by a seven-year-old boy chosen to light the town Christmas tree, the letter explains why he never showed up for his special night.
There's just one problem.
No one ever received it.
All these years later, the Lantern Kids have a new mystery to solve. Who was the little boy who signed his letter only with the initial J? Why was his message never delivered? And is he still somewhere in Lantern Ridge?
As the four friends search through old photographs, newspaper records, and memories from long ago, they discover that some mysteries aren't about finding something that disappeared.
Sometimes, they're about returning something that was lost.
Filled with friendship, small-town Christmas magic, and a mystery with plenty of heart, The Case of the Lost Christmas Letter is the seventh adventure in The Lantern Ridge Mysteries.
Four friends. One town. Lots of secrets.
