Bound in contemporary half calf, gilt, marbled boards, spine double gilt ruled with red leather title label, with the octagonal printed label 'Sold by/C. Smith/Mapseller/No. 172 Strand' pasted to front pastedown endpaper & above this the contemporary ink signature of 'George Hartley', front hinge split, lightly worn with contents very good condition.
