Paperback. With the New Year, many seek to embark on transformative journeys to better themselves. Jason Carpenter, an average waiter at a small cafe, feels the need to improve himself in the year 2031. Guided by the belief that writing down his daily experiences and thoughts can help his mental well-being, he makes a journal and keeps track of everything that happens in his life. However, within the pages of Jason's journal, a disconcerting reality begins to unfold. The ink on the paper reveals a shift in his behavior-no longer the average man of the cafe, he transforms into something evil. His recorded thoughts expose a gradual descent into madness, stalking the female diners, violent thoughts and anger towards colleagues and friends, and the sudden urge to take a life. What started as a noble pursuit of self-betterment evolves into a chilling narrative of obsession and malevolence. Jason's journal entries serve as haunting confessions, encapsulating a journey that transforms him from a mere waiter into an unsettling presence whose actions ruin and end lives.
