large 15x12 book of frame-able artwork by Carl Heinrich Bloch. In 1865, He was commissioned to create twenty-three paintings depicting the life of Christ. The works, rendered in oil on copper, took fourteen years to complete. They were installed in the Kings's Oratory within the Fredricksborg Castle and still reside there today. on the back of each work is the Biblical Scripture reference for its inspiration.
