- Understanding about trauma and change: In-depth exploration of intergenerational trauma, the role of substance use in behavior, and the neuroscience behind emotional responses, providing a holistic framework for client transformation.
- Client-centered approach: Step-by-step guidance on implementing the CARE Method, tailored to meet each client’s needs, promoting engagement and meaningful progress in their journey toward healthier relationships.
- Practical tools and exercises: Engaging activities and reflective exercises designed to enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth, empowering clients to break free from harmful patterns.
“The CARE Method classes are both challenging and rewarding for anyone seeking to understand themselves and others.
