Item description from seller

See photos for condition details. Hardcover, red cloth boards innately decorated on front and spine. The exterior shows scuffing and soiling along with edge and corner bumps/wear and the front board has a spot at the bottom center which is possibly paint. The internal binding of the text pages is good except for some scattered pulling but the rear hinge has a thin crack. There are no signatures or bookplates, no library markings, no handwriting found. Some pages do have smudges and spots/stains/foxing, mainly in the beginning of the book areas. Page 354 has a darkened rectangle along with a chip of paper missing at the bottom (outside of the text area). The reason for the mark is because there was an old advertisement from the Jersey Cereal Food Company, of Cereal PA. This ephemera stays with the book (see pictures) and has been placed in a glassine envelope so it no longer reacts with the pages.
