Hard back binding in utilitarian Brunswick green pebble cloth covered boards, simple title and volume number to the top of the spine, floral cream and brown lining papers, all page edges gilt. Large octavo. 9½'' x 7½''. Contains early P. G. Wodehouse stories 'How Pillingshot Scored' and 'The Manoeuvres of Charteris'. Colour frontispiece, 588 pp with monochrome illustrations and photographs throughout. Lacks title page and index leaves, dusty page edges, surface rubbing to the covers, couple of leaves loose and laid back in.
