Hardcover, no dustjacket. NAP. There are a couple of tiny spots of soils, and some light rubbed surface soil to the boards. The white binding is a bit age-toned, with the spine being a bit more so (gilt lettering appears unaffected). There is a slip of paper pasted to the front pastedown with some notes by a previous owner, and a sheet of paper with a gift inscription pasted on the first blank. Previous owner's name written on the front flyleaf. There are just a few pages with some small inked notes or a line or two of underlining. Else pages clean. The fold-out map of Gregory County is tipped-in at the rear. The back side of one of the panels of the map is somewhat age-toned (for a piece of newsprint having been laid-in) , and there are two small names outlined in ink on the map. Else the map is clean.
