About the Author
Marie-Paule Dussuc est professeure agrégée de mathématiques et titulaire d’un DEA (Diplôme d’études approfondies) en didactique des disciplines scientifiques. Elle a été professeure à l’IUFM puis à l’ESPE de l’Académie de Lyon pendant 28 ans où elle a assuré la formation initiale et continue des enseignants des premier et second degrés.
Elle continue à intervenir dans des actions de formation à destination des professeurs des écoles stagiaires et titulaires.
Elle a participé aux recherches et publications de l’équipe ERMEL entre 1995 et 2015.
Elle est auteure dans la collection Cap Maths et dans la collection Jouer et Apprendre, publiées aux éditions Hatier.
Georges Combier est professeur certifié de mathématiques
Après avoir enseigné 20 ans en collège, il a été formateur à l’IUFM de l’Académie de Lyon où il a assuré la formation initiale et continue des enseignants des premier et second degrés.
Au sein de l’IREM de Lyon, il a assuré des actions de formation continue à destination des enseignants du second degré et a participé à des groupes de travail qui ont produit différentes publications pour le collège.
Il a collaboré à l’élaboration des épreuves d’évaluation à l'entrée en Sixième et à la rédaction des programmes de collège de 2005 ainsi que des documents ressource qui accompagnaient ces programmes.
Enseignant associé à l’INRP, aujourd’hui IFE, il a contribué à des recherches sur l’enseignement des mathématiques au collège et à l’articulation École-Collège.
Il a réalisé plusieurs missions de formation des enseignants à l’étranger (Brésil, Corée du Sud, Laos…) et d’inspecteurs en Algérie.
Il contribue aujourd’hui à la production de problèmes au sein de l’association du Rallye Mathématique Transalpin et est auteur dans la collection Cap Maths.
Dany Madier est professeure des écoles.
Elle a enseigné à tous les niveaux de l'école primaire, de la maternelle au CM2 et dans différents contextes de l'école rurale avec une classe à 4 cours à l'école urbaine. Elle a été directrice d'école pendant plusieurs années.
Dans ce cadre, elle a mis en place de nombreux projets dans différents domaines avec le souci du travail en équipe avec ses collègues.
Dès le début de sa carrière, elle a souhaité s'investir dans l'innovation pédagogique, en particulier dans le domaine des mathématiques et, à ce titre, elle a participé, avec ses élèves, aux expérimentations mises en place par l'équipe ERMEL.
Elle a également contribué à la formation des maîtres de l'école primaire en accueillant chaque année des professeurs-stagiaires dans sa classe.
Elle a rédigé, avec un collègue, le cahier de l'élève associé à l'ouvrage ERMEL pour le CE2 (aux éditions Hatier).
Elle contribue maintenant aux ouvrages de la collection Cap Maths publiés par les éditions Hatier.
Bernard Anselmo est professeur certifié de mathématiques et titulaire d’un Master (Métiers de l'Enseignement Scolaire, de la Formation et de la Culture) option formateur de formateur. Il est professeur à l’ESPE de l’Académie de Lyon.
Enseignant en collège pendant plus de 30 ans, il a contribué, depuis 2003, au sein de l’IUFM, puis de l’Espé à la formation initiale et continue des professeurs des écoles, de collège et de lycée et à l’encadrement de celle-ci. Assurant actuellement des enseignements en master, il continue à intervenir dans des actions de formation à destination des professeurs des écoles, de collège ou de lycée, stagiaires et titulaires.
Membre de l’IREM de Lyon, depuis les années 80, il a participé aux recherches actions menées par les groupe collège et école collège dont il a codirigé plusieurs publications.
Il assure depuis 2010 des formations en Algérie à destination des inspecteurs de mathématiques du primaire et du moyen algérien.
Il est auteur dans la collection Cap Maths, publiée aux éditions Hatier.

Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed).
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Buchpark, Trebbin, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
