Add to basketPaperback. Faith is a weapon for the invisible war.Cancer Chronicles: Poetry, Dreams, and the Battle Within is a bold fusion of memoir, visionary story, and spiritual battle. This is not a quiet read. This is a blow-by-blow record of a man torn open by illness. Then, rebuilt soul first. Flesh second.Every chapter moves between what the eyes saw in the hospital and what the spirit saw behind the veil. Angels' watchers' demons whispered destinies in night visions. John Spirou takes the reader through operating rooms and into dream realms where fear takes shape and faith stands up and fights back. The result is a narrative that feels physical and supernatural all at once. The heart of this book is love. A husband. A father. A believer. Fighting for one more sunrise. There is no false hope here. There is earned hope. There is sweat on the page. There is pain in every line. But that pain breaks open revelation. Dreamscapes become prophecy. Ordinary moments become holy. A family becomes a fortress. This isn't just an inspirational fiction story but a tribute to family and love. A wife who never leaves. Children who become quiet warriors. A community that lifts the broken. Because in the end, cancer is not only about scans and surgery. Cancer is also about identity and destiny. For readers who crave raw testimony mixed with rich imagination, this book will feel like oxygen. It is proof that darkness is not the final author of your life. It is proof that faith is not passive but active, alive, and strategic. It is proof that God still meets wounded people in the middle of the battlefield. Not after they heal. But while they bleed.Cancer Chronicles is a spark for anyone who believes in the Christian faith and that their life has a divine purpose, even when the battlefield looks hopeless.
