About the Author: Rogier Noldus is Senior Specialist, Intelligent Networks, at Ericsson Telecommunications, Netherlands.  Within Ericsson, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the CAMEL technology.  Rogier has played a key role in the development of the CAMEL standard in ETSI and 3GPP.  He has chaired various conferences on CAMEL, has been speaker at various other international conferences, and represents Ericsson at the ETSI and 3GPP standardization organizations.
