CALLING FROM THE PAST
A psychological horror novel by Madellein Jonker
When Laura and her family move into a quiet, old house in a sleepy town, she believes it's the fresh start they desperately need. But shadows linger behind the walls, and something in the air isn't quite right.
Laura begins to question everything-her reality, her memories, even her own identity. As strange visions haunt her and long-forgotten traumas begin to resurface, a terrifying truth emerges: she's lived this nightmare before.
What begins as a quest for answers spirals into a twisted game of control, secrets, and survival. With danger closing in and a past she never consented to reclaiming her piece by piece, Laura must face the truth... before it buries her for good.
Because some pasts don't stay silent.
Some memories don't stay dead.
And some voices never stopped calling.
