Paperback. Karen Kircher argues that many of us have been positioned in full-time ministry for years without realising because for most of us that ministry takes place outside of church. Every person, in any given situation, has an opportunity to lead however small that moment may be. Kingdom-style leaders seek to transform culture, as they do so, raise up people around them to do the same. Does your work place matter to God? Is full time ministry just for those who work for the Church? Many of us are positioned in full-time ministry without realising it because that ministry occurs outside of the church. In any given situation every person has the opportunity, to demonstrate leadership and transform their work culture. Shipping may be from our Sydney, NSW warehouse or from our UK or US warehouse, depending on stock availability.
