This VG quality Landmark book was published by Random House in 1954. The book is square, very clean, free of corner bumps and edge dings. The spine ends are very lightly bumped with no fabric damage; the bottom edges have no wear though both lower corners have tiny dots of color loss. The interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any type and paper damage of any sort. The paper is very slightly toned and is very flexible. The VG- quality jacket has some mild toning and small chips at the front corners and at both spine ends, with several shallow folds that go from the top front gutter about half way across the front panel. The spine also has a small strip of color loss at the front gutter edge right next to the title on the spine. This is a "Young Readers of America" (BMOC) and thus there are no book lists in the book or on the jacket. Seller Inventory # BMR-2020-4-21-2
