Cette plaque transmet au b�ton les efforts de compression : elle est perc�e pour �tre fix�e avec des tiges d'ancrage. Si l'on veut transmettre des actions de cisaillement importantes, on peut souder sous la platine un profil� suppl�mentaire, la b�che.

Professeur au Lyc�e des m�tiers du b�timent (LMB) � Felletin, dans la Creuse, Yves Beno�t est �galement formateur aupr�s des entreprises. Il est l'auteur de nombreux livres parus aux Editions Eyrolles dont, en particulier, Construction de maisons � ossature bois (4e �d. conforme � la RT 2012) et la maison � ossature bois par les sch�mas, manuel de construction visuel. Bernard Legrand, ancien �l�ve de l'ENS Cachan, agr�g� de g�nie civil, enseigne au lyc�e des m�tiers Le Garros � Auch en formation initiale et par apprentissage ainsi qu'en formation pour adultes. Vincent Tastet est enseignant au lyc�e Haroun Tazieff de Saint-Paul-l�s-Dax et responsable de la plate-forme technologique Aquitaine Bois. Tous trois enseignent notamment en BTS "Syst�mes constructifs bois et habitat".
