Complete with 2 Folding Maps "Tabula Geographica" and "Gallia Vetus". Also a Folding Plate of a Bridge. 422 Pages. Tomus Secondus has a Folding Map of Hispania. 441 Pages. 8 1/4" Tall, 1.2 Kilos. Both Volumes in Contemporary Full Leather Bindings with very fine gilt decorative linear borders and Gilt lines and lettering to spines.Gilt Hatched Decoration around edges. Some wear to leather, especially at corners (see photos). Antique inscriptions on preliminary pages, the latest dated 1863. Pages and Plates in nice condition, slight age darkening but only a very ocassional small spot of foxing. Hinges sound and Binding firm. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
