Paperback. Enjoy a healthier and happier work life. for real! For those seeking a guidebook to survive in a stressful and/or hostile work environment, Dr. Jan Lightfoot's Caesar Took My Cheese spells out, in easy-to-understand and meditative-like narration, how to recognize and rise above stressors and "evil" work practices. After working for over 25 years in public and private healthcare, Lightfoot's meticulously-researched, yet deeply personal autobiographical narrative, gives a clear picture of four distinct personalities in the workplace. Busy people, slothful people, evil people, and wise people make up that place that so many of us know as a second home. Her book serves as an invaluable resource to help you understand how to be successful despite those obstacles that are thrown into your path. You'll recognize yourself and be inspired to make the changes you may have been avoiding to enjoy a healthier and happier life-mentally, spiritually, and physically. Get a no-holds-barred look at reality in the workplace and life. Learn how to make your living as part of who you are. You don't have to work in a hostile or highly stressful environment-Lightfoot's inspirational message teaches you how to cope with hostile situations, abusive authority figures, and to recognize subtle undertones of racism and intolerance. After reading, you'll be ready to begin a journey toward wholeness with hope and strong resolve. This item is printed on demand.
