No se teoriza solamente sobre el sufrimiento humano sino que se intenta también dar algunas claves para salir del laberinto de la crisis. Parte del hecho de que toda persona, en algún momento de su vida, ha estado en crisis (bien sea evolutiva o situacional) y se medita sobre las características de esa vivencia conflictiva. Sin defender a ultranza la crisis, plantea las posibilidades y las capacidades de todo ser humano para crecer psicológicamente en cualquier encrucijada de su existencia. Es mejor no estar en crisis, pero una vez que se produce se puede rentabilizar esa vivencia y pasar de un menos a un más. También la crisis es una ruptura consigo mismo y con los demás. De ahí que una buena salida sea fortalecer el vínculo personal y con los otros. Un nosotros fuerte y sólido será una buena garantía para conseguir el éxito en cualquier encrucijada. Fortaleciendo esa realidad es como podremos superar cualquier crisis de nuestra vida, sobre todo si disponemos de un gradiente de resiliencia adecuado, que es el tercer concepto sobre el que descansa el contenido de este libro. El capítulo más extenso es el dedicado a la crisis en la vida cotidiana, donde se describen situaciones conflictivas como la enfermedad, el suicidio, el paro o la jubilación, entre otras. En todas ellas se proponen claves para superarlas y evitar caer en el abismo de la desesperación y lograr que la propia situación de encrucijada sea el puente para seguir progresando. De esta manera habremos conseguido crecer en la crisis. Alejandro Rocamora Bonilla (La Pueblanueva, Toledo, 1944). Es psiquiatra del Servicio de Salud Mental de la Latina (Madrid). Profesor del Instituto Universitario de la Familia (UPCO), Profesor del Centro de Humanización de la Salud (CEHS) y profesor de Psicopatología en la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Statutory Right to cancel

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or Antártica, C/ Camino de los Vinateros, 95, bajo, 28030, Madrid, MAD, Spain, +34 914888387, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
