Gray wraps with front cover lettering, decoration and illustration of woman at her gas stove in blue. Rear cover with company name in blue. 45 numbered pages plus three pages of company ads at the rear. A combination cook book and advertisement brochure for the Jewel Gas Stove and other Jewel gas products. Illustrated with many photos of Jewel products. About 130 recipes of all types supposedly taken from an area church cookbook. The Tapioca Breakfast Cakes sound tempting perhaps followed at lunch with Lobster Croquettes; and for dinner (Or supper), the Corn Soup, Stuffed Tomatoes, Southern Sweet Potatoes, Veal Loaf and Cherry Pudding. And now I am stuffed. Small strip chipped from bottom of front cover spine edge; spine separated at top; light soiling; one pencil notation. Actually quite a nice copy of this scarce little cookbook.
