DO YOU HAVE A PRODUCT IDEA BURNING IN YOUR MIND BUT NO ROADMAP TO GET IT ONTO STORE SHELVES?
Or maybe you’re already an Amazon FBA seller. You’ve hit six figures in revenue but your margins are thinner than a sheet of paper. You’re tired of racing to the bottom on ad spend, fighting hijackers, juggling suspensions, and you want something more real.
The real product business isn’t just selling online. It is about building products customers actually want, protecting your ideas, working with trusted factories, and selling everywhere your shoppers buy: Amazon, your own website, small retailers, and big box stores.
MEET THE AUTHOR
I have built and sold products worldwide, on Amazon 3P and 1P, catalogs, specialty shops, and big box stores. I was twice a Global Business Manager at Microsoft, including Worldwide Retail Sales and Marketing, where I worked with some of the most recognized products in the world. I started selling to retailers in 2001 and on Amazon in 2005. I help clients from Shark Tank winners, to famous products, to Time Magazine's Best New Invention Of The Year. I'm not just hollow theory. I still create and sell my own products today. I have been in the trenches as an entrepreneur, launching my own products, pitching buyers, and learning from both soaring wins and painful flops. This book distills those lessons into a practical roadmap for entrepreneurs who want more pathways than just another Amazon hustle.
THE WTP PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MODEL
Big corporations use structured frameworks to launch successful products. Small businesses can too. That is why I created the WTP Product Development Model. Every step from ideation to design to packaging to retail is anchored in customer value. It keeps you disciplined, helps you avoid costly mistakes, and gives you the same checkpoints big companies use, scaled for entrepreneurs building ecommerce and retail businesses.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- How to generate profitable product ideas without copycat tools
- How to validate demand before manufacturing overseas
- How to protect your IP and brand from copycats
- How to find real factories, negotiate better pricing, and why to avoid trading companies
- How to design retail packaging that sells in seconds (in retail, people buy the box first)
- How to manage logistics, shipping, and wholesale distribution without losing margin or falling for scams
- How to sell in retail stores, pitch buyers, and build wholesale sales channels
- How to diversify beyond Amazon FBA into omnichannel sales for long-term success
- Amazon FBA sellers frustrated by high revenue but low profit margins
- Entrepreneurs and inventors ready to bring ideas to life and expand into retail
- Small business owners wanting to scale beyond ecommerce and build lasting brands
No hype and no shortcuts. This book shows you how to avoid common ecommerce pitfalls, build products that customers love, and create a company that will not live and die by the next Amazon algorithm change.
Retail is not dead. Amazon is not enough. The product business is alive and thriving if you do it right.
IF YOU ARE READY TO STOP CHASING REVENUE AND START BUILDING PROFIT, PACKAGING, AND SUSTAINABLE SALES CHANNELS, THIS IS YOUR ROADMAP.
