Item description from seller

[2]. 1-25, [1] pages (collation includes covers). Staple-bound paperback booklet: H 22.75cm x L 15.25cm. White paper covers with slightly soiled with some light foxing and toning; small light stain at covers' lower spine corners. Slight toning and foxing evident to text block edges with a few leaves shallowly affected at margins; interior pages are otherwise clean. Binding is firm. A very good copy. No publishing date specified but, as the title and initial text promote the prospects of investing in Confederate stamps in advance of 1961 (the centennial of the Confederacy's founding), the booklet should date within a few years prior.
