Finally well-groomed hands - stop nail-biting!
This goal always seemed unattainable to me. Since my childhood I had used my nails as compensation for stressful situations. The chewing gave me support and calmed me down. It often went so far that painful cracks in the skin were not uncommon - apart from the disastrous appearance. At some point I decided to solve this problem. However, many practices simply did not help. Gels, advice and good intentions simply weren't enough. Success has always been short-lived. But that should be a thing of the past!
The book offers you the following benefits:
✔ A lasting end to nail-biting
✔ Time required: 1 minute per day
✔ Effortless 1:1 manual
✔ Maintaining motivation
✔ Scientific Method
Lasting elimination of nail biting
The technique taught in this book enables you to give up chewing on a long-term and sustainable basis. Everything is geared towards lasting success - despite the well-known yo-yo effect.
Time required: 1 minute per day
This is a big advantage for you. You don't have to read tedious instructions and perform daily rituals. This system is designed for simplicity and can be easily integrated into everyday life.
Effortless 1:1 instructions
The procedure is simple and the tips are easy to understand. This has already been confirmed by some reviews. The guide is aimed at all age groups, from children to adults.
Maintaining motivation
Another important point is motivation. Incentive systems are built in in such a way that retaining motivation is no longer an option - an automatic side effect. You don't fight yourself anymore, you fight with your nails.
Scientific Method
In addition, the methodology is based on a scientifically founded study, which has highlighted the fact of changes. The book is free of esotericism and is based on facts and results.
