157pp., foreword, sexually explicit photo illustrations in b/w. An odd work, comprising histories of the classic flagellation novels Lenchen im Zuchthause [Nell in Bridewell] and [The Memoirs of] Dolly Morton with excerpts from the respective texts; the photographs, while explicit, have nothing to do with the text. The editor's introduction offers a brief history of American erotica and a glimpse at the publishing scene c. 1971. Vol.2 Includes: Maud Camron and The Way of a Man two English classics, Underground Erotica in the Forties, The Erotic Historic Novel, The Modern Trend. UGD9005/UGD9006. Trade paperback. Light shelfwear. Very Good.
