YOU WANT YOUR CHRONIC PAIN TO STOP ! YOU WANT TO GET YOUR LIFE BACK AGAIN !
Pain warns us about tissue damage to protect us. Feeling pain is essential for survival. But we need ways to control pain that is chronic and does not serve a purpose. We don't want to just dull pain with drugs in order to live with it and deal with it. We need to avoid the use and potential abuse of Opioids. We need solutions that lead to recovery from chronic pain.
CHRONIC PAIN CONTROL: ALTERING REALITY 3.0 teaches techniques that allow us to control, recover from, and stop chronic pain (and acute pain when appropriate) INTRINSICALLY, meaning from within.
This is not about simply dealing with the pain or risking the negative effects of Opioids. These techniques allow us to re-establish normal pain processing and foster well-being for mind, body and spirit through neuroplasticity - the nervous system can learn and change with training. The techniques can be learned fairly quickly for effective, long-term pain relief, and eventually loss of chronic pain symptoms. Practicing these techniques stimulates neuroplasticity. Developing these skills is not difficult. As pain is relieved, weakened muscles and glands often recover some or most of their function as well, within days to weeks.
CHRONIC PAIN CONTROL: ALTERING REALITY 3.0 teaches every skill needed to control pain and is divided into five parts. Part I covers the origins for how the techniques were developed. Parts II and III teach how to perform the techniques and successfully develop skills for pain control. Part IV helps significant others, family members, friends and practitioners contribute to pain control success. And Part V covers safety by teaching about several precautions and limitations that go along with intrinsically controlling pain from within. They include the limitation that these techniques are for ADULTS ONLY (maturity is required for the self-control necessary to apply these skills safely and appropriately, as specified in the book).
Research from many scientific disciplines, including neurobiology and cognitive neuroscience, reveal how the nervous system creates, controls, and stops pain. That information is taught in textbooks and can be found in hundreds of peer-reviewed, scientific research journal articles. These techniques are supported by all of that science.
Learning the techniques will change your reality about pain. Control your chronic pain, rather than allowing it to control you or relying on pain meds. Get your life back. Please click on the Look Inside feature to learn more and get a sense of the book. This Is Revolutionary.
