Lacks frontis, vi + ix + 158pp, original cloth, few splits to rear outer hinge, cloth chipped to head and foot of spine, circular stains to top board, double page pedigree of Stephens has few small ink marks. There are two parts for Chavenage, and one part for Hawkesbury Manor, a fourth part is a poem titled "Squire Matthew". The story relates to the obtaining by Ireton of Nathaniel Stephens' assent to the execution of Charles I.' Hyett & Bazeley.
