Fourth printing (per publisher's chronology on copyright page; first published November 1906). xiv, 528, [2] pages. Hardcover: H 19.25cm x L 13.25cm. No dust jacket (i.e. lacking). Dark brown cloth rubbed and mottled; spine darkened with short tear at head of front joint; gilt lettering to spine and front board remains fairly bright. Toning to text block edges. Some interior foxing mostly occurring to book's b/w plates. Binding remains fairly firm. A good+ copy.
