Size of chart inside graduated border (Latitude and Longitude M�ridien de l'Observatoire Imp�rial de Paris): 465 x 730 mm. Chart mounted on canvas buckram, laid paper with watermark Crown & Shield (AM on Shield) and name ARCHETTE. Coloured in outline with a very fine appearance. Very good condition. Size: 565 x 840 mm. Chart of the Solomon Islands, the Louisiade and New Britain Archipelagoes, by C. F. Beautemps Beaupr�, hydrographer with the Expedition led by Bruny d'Entrecasteaux in search for Lap�rouse.
