6 1/2" x 8 1/2" box masquerading as a book with leather covers, all edges gilt. There is a metal clasp Stored inside is a roll of mending tape on a red wooden spool, an unopened box of ink and stain eradicator, an eraser, a plastic tool, two cleaning cloths, one 6 1/2" x 8" the other 3" x 6 1/2," and a six-page set of instructions "How to Care for Leather Goods." The instructions contain a reference date of 1945 so the was apparently produced about then. Good condition, the contents all apparently unused, but the front hinge is weak but holding; the leather cover is otherwise in nice shape. Seller Inventory # 023646
