He is the Visiting Professor to the Genomic Policy Unit at the University of South Wales, UK, the Adjunct Professor to the Public Health Genetics Unit at the Chinese Capital Medical University, Beijing (China) and Visiting Professor/ Chief Guest of the prestigious Ranbaxy Science Foundation, India.

Internationally renowned expert in cardiovascular genetics and genomics. Professor Perry Elliott is recognized for his lead contributions in different forms of inherited cardiomyopathies, particularly familial hypertrophic and dilated cardiomyopathy.
