Dust jacket in very good condition; light scuffing; tiny tears and crinkling top and bottom of jacket spine. Contains first English translation of Ledoux's Prospectus. Introduction and Prospectus numbered to xvii; otherwise, non-paginated. Black cloth boards with gold stamped lettering on front board and spine. 12 1/4 x 9 1/8 in.
