Fine in full dark blue leather covered boards with three raised bands on the spine with gilt text and decorations stamped in the compartments and with gilt and red tool work on both the front and rear boards. The end papers are silk with a matching silk placement ribbon sewn-in at the head of the spine. All three edges of the text block are in gilt. A small quarto measuring 9 1/4 by 6 inches. 489 pages of text including an index. Illustrated by Alan Phillips and edited by William White. Delivery within the US: $10.00 for Priority delivery for 1st book $5.00 for each book thereafter. $4.00 for Book Rate (Media Mail) for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book.
Canadian or Overseas Deliveries will be at cost. Connecticut residents please add 6.35% state sales tax.

Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or over-sized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping cost are required. Virtually all of the books we send out are first wrapped in tissue paper, then bubble wrapped and shipped in sturdy boxes.
