From the Back Cover
It is a tale of the countryside and a love of all things natural, of adventure and some danger but no crime or violence. Someone once said 'there is nowt so strange as folk' - very true, it provides humour as holidaymakers in their caravans and tents visit and stay a while. A little deviousness creeps in, ingenuity in finding solutions, things you may not know, and romance too, for although this book very much includes the growing children and their mischief, it might not be suitable reading for youngsters!
