Buying a used spaceship is a lot like buying a used car-except the odometer may be lying across twelve dimensions, the cup holder may control the cloaking device, and the dealer's cousin definitely installed something illegal. The used spaceship market is dangerous, confusing, and occasionally sticky. A bargain saucer may come with suspicious mileage, undocumented repairs, illegal modifications, a judgmental AI, or a cargo bay that technically counts as a prior legal relationship.Fortunately, Namnoc is here to help.A former fleet mechanic and consultant for the Interstellar Bureau of Dubious Transactions, Namnoc has seen every trick in the galactic sales manual: fake warranties, salvage-title poetry, undercoating scams, trade-in arithmetic, subscription cloaks, and "as-is" clauses that begin screaming the moment you leave the lot.Equal parts used-car parody and cosmic field guide, A Buyer's Guide to Used Alien Spaceships teaches hopeful captains how to inspect, haggle, finance, insure, survive, and occasionally apologize to a pre-owned spacecraft.Bring receipts. Trust little. Keep snacks handy. And whatever you do, do not press the glowing button labeled Probably Wont Self-Destruct. This item is printed on demand. Equal parts used-car parody and cosmic field guide, A Buyer’s Guide to Used Alien Spaceships teaches hopeful captains how to inspect, haggle, finance, insure, survive, and occasionally apologize to a pre-owned spacecraft.
