With over 22 years of professional experience, Dr Tyagi has made significant contributions across the domains of industry engagement, higher education, professional training, and consultancy. His areas of specialization include destination management, travel processes, sustainable and regenerative tourism, and emerging disruptive technologies. He has consistently focused on advancing innovative and responsible approaches to tourism development, aligned with global priorities in sustainability and digital transformation. Dr Tyagi has an extensive record of scholarly publication. He has authored or edited 20 academic books and published more than 50 research papers in reputed international journals spanning the fields of tourism, management, technology, and sustainability. Keshav Kaushik is a leading cybersecurity and digital forensics expert, currently Associate Professor at the Center for Cyber Security and Cryptology, Sharda School of Computer Science & Engineering, Sharda University, Greater Noida. A core member of the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, he specializes in AI-driven security, digital forensics, and cybercrime investigation. Recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University and Elsevier (2024), Dr Kaushik has authored 200+ publications, including 35+ SCI/SCIE/Scopus journal articles and 80+ Scopus-indexed conference papers, along with 40+ books and 30 book chapters. He holds multiple patents and copyrights. Dr Kaushik is a Guest Editor for the IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics (IF: 7.7) and Associate Editor or Board Member for several Scopus/ESCI-indexed journals, including Springer’s International Cybersecurity Law Review. He is a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH v11), ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor, IBM Cybersecurity Analyst, and QCSP. His leadership extends to being Vice-Chairperson of the Meerut ACM Chapter, Senior IEEE Member, and Bentham Science Ambassador.
Vipin Nadda is currently serving as Senior Lecturer and Programme Manager (Tourism, Hospitality, and Events) in the University of Sunderland, London. A science graduate with MBA (Marketing), MTA (Tourism), and PhD (Tourism Management), he has more than 20 years of experience in academics and industry. As an active researcher, he had authored and edited eight books, published more than 30 research articles, presented papers in various international conferences, and published scores of book chapters. As an experienced academician, he have been lecturing a variety of courses ranging from Sustainable Tourism Development, Service Marketing, International Business Environment to Service Quality, International Tourism, and Hospitality Management in the UK as well as overseas, which echo his research interests as well. To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Books Puddle, New York, New York, U.S.A., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
