Paperback. What added value does this work provide the reader? There are many fitness tips that can bring you into top shape. One aspect that is often overlooked, however, is that it is consistency that transforms sporadic activity into a habit, ideally through individualised application. This fitness guide does not focus on how you can get a visible six-pack in a few weeks or how you can become a weight and endurance athlete by investing just 30 minutes a week. It also does not quote any studies. Instead, it offers long-term decision assistance on how to integrate the sport practically and sustainably into your business activities and your life - in compact form, in less than 50 pages. To carry with you, re-read and apply. Also makes a perfect gift for family, friends and colleagues. Let's go! This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.
