Did you build a business? Or a job that never gives you a day off?
You went into business for freedom, but instead you got early mornings, late nights, constant stress, and a business that can’t run without you. Your personal life has taken a nose-dive, you’re missing out on the moments that matter most, and this whole “business thing” isn’t turning out the way you’d hoped.
Business for Life is the solution and the blueprint for building a profitable company that supports your life, instead of consuming it.
In this book, Jason Wojo, draws on his unique blend of scientific training and business experience to introduce the SEAD framework (Strategize, Eliminate, Automate, Delegate): a systematic, four-step method for transforming an owner-dependent company into a scalable, self-managing business.
This isn’t about working more or grinding harder. (You’d already be successful if it was just about effort.) It’s about building smarter.
Inside, you'll discover how to:
"Most entrepreneurs operate a relentless obligation, not a true business. Jason Wojo's SEAD process is the simple, practical plan that shows you how to design your life first… so your company finally has a job description." — Mike Michalowicz, author of Profit First and Clockwork
"Business for Life is a lifeline for entrepreneurs who are tired of being run by their business." — Clate Mask, Co-founder and former CEO of Keap
Stop sacrificing your life to your business and instead start aligning your life with your business.
