He has sixteen years management experience in the IT and financial services industries, and (since 1987) management consulting on business issues. He is a recognized authority on the application of cost/benefit analysis and business case development. He also taught applied statistics at the University of New Hampshire and is the author of a college textbook on statistics and many articles on professional management and business issues. He holds a PhD from Purdue University and an MBA from Babson College.
