Dr. Emrouznejad actively engages with several prominent academic journals either as Editor or as Editorial Board Member. His publications include over 200 research articles, and several books. Panagiotis D. Zervopoulos is Associate Professor in Business Analytics at the College of Business Administration, University of Sharjah, UAE. With a specialization in Operations Research and Statistics, his research interests include data envelopment analysis, efficiency and productivity analysis, performance management, production economics, and statistics. He held academic and research positions at Peking University (China), the London School of Economics (UK), the Academy of Athens (Greece), and the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE, Greece). He has been a member of the World Economic Survey Expert Group and the Economic Experts Survey Group of Ifo (Germany). Panagiotis has served as a Senior Consultant Modeling Statistician at IRi Worldwide and as a Project Manager and Expert in Quantitative Analysis and Public Sector Reform at the European Public Law Organization.
Ilhan Ozturk is Professor of Economics at the University of Sharjah, UAE, and Nisantasi University, Istanbul, Turkey. He is the Dean of the College of Business Administration at the University of Sharjah, UAE. His research interests are in the areas of energy and environmental economics and international economics. The total number of articles published by him is more than 300. Of these articles, 270 are listed by ISI Web of Science-Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) and Science Citation Index (SCI). His researchhas an international focus and has been published in a number of leading international journals. Dr. Ozturk’s research has been cited over 45,000 times in peer-reviewed international journals with H-index: 107. In addition, he is Editor and Associate Editor of several international refereed journals. Prof. Ozturk is also a Highly Cited Researcher in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.
Dima Jamali is Professor and Vice President of Academic Affairs at the Canadian University in Dubai, UAE. She also served as Dean of the College of Business Administration at the University of Sharjah, UAE, from August 2020 to August 2023, as Associate Dean and Director for Strategic Partnerships for the Olayan School of Business (OSB). Forbes and Insights Success Magazine have highlighted her as one of the most admired women in the educational sector in 2023. Her research interest focuses on corporate social responsibility. She is also Editor-in-Chief of the journal Business Ethics: A European Review.
John Rice is Professor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the College of Business Administration, University of Sharjah, UAE. His research interests include strategic management innovation, knowledge and technology management, and open innovation.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Brook Bookstore On Demand, Bristol, United Kingdom, +39 3485885209, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
