This newly updated edition of The Bullworker 90 Course has grown into an impressive 650+ page comprehensive training guide, and due to the substantial printing costs of large-format books, it is being offered at the lowest price Amazon will allow—delivering exceptional value for such a detailed resource.
Designed as the perfect companion to The Bullworker Bible, and approved by the makers of the Bullworker, this course is fully compatible with the latest Bullworker Series 3 range. It is the essential 90-day (12-week) programme for anyone serious about getting the very best results from their Bullworker training.
Built on solid exercise science, The Bullworker 90 Course is a clear, step-by-step system that guides you through increasing strength, building muscle, and improving overall fitness across the full 12 weeks. Large, easy-to-follow photographs are enhanced with helpful directional arrows, showing exactly how to apply force and movement for safe and effective training.
The programme teaches you how to progressively increase force, pace, and intensity, incorporating intelligent combinations of isotonic and isometric exercises, as well as multi-angle isometric contractions for complete muscle development. Each week includes a detailed guidance section covering training days, rest periods, and practical tips, so you always know what to do and when to do it.
To expand variety and effectiveness even further, the course also includes additional and alternative exercises using the Iso-Bow and Bow Extension, increasing the Bullworker’s range and training potential.
Comprehensive, structured, and outstanding value, The Bullworker 90 Course is the definitive roadmap to building strength and fitness with the Bullworker—one clear, confident step at a time.
This book can be used with the Bullworker Classic, the Steel Bow, Bullworker X5, Bully Extreme, ISO 7x, and the Bullworker X7.
Required Equipment: A Bullworker Classic or a similar device.
Recommended Additional Equipment: Steel Bow, 2 x Iso-Bows, and the Bow Extension or Iso-Flo.
An interesting and crucial footnote is that the National Health Service (NHS) Innovation Team in Greater Manchester, England, has successfully trialled and deployed the Workout at Work system for employees.
The authors, Brian Sterling-Vete and Helen Renée Wuorio, worked closely with the NHS Research and Innovation Team to create a practical and effective system suitable for virtually anyone in any job.
