Paperback. After the overwhelming positive response from her book The No Bullshit Guide to Getting Sober, with readers asking her now that theyve gotten sober, how do they stay off the drink, Maree realised it was time for her follow up book.A clear, definitive how to guide that works; this is popular self-help at its funniest.MacLean also presents the very latest evidence-based research on how to move past dry drunk to a meaningful sobriety and says, Its my own distilled wisdom on how to live not just a sober life but a really, happy sober life. I show readers how they can go from surviving to thriving. After readers and listeners flooded her inbox with triumphant tales of getting sober followed by crestfallen requests for help after finding themselves back on the booze, MacLean realised it was time for a follow up book to her first book The NO Bullshit Guide to Staying Sober to take the thinking out of drinking.
