Who taught you how to create a principal entry plan and start the school year off successfully?
Odds are your experience is like so many other principals—nobody has provided a framework on how to create your perfect principal entry plan. Until now.
Given the underwhelming support that most school leaders experience, it’s kind of a miracle that schools run effectively at all. Without a solid 90-day principal entry plan something has to fill that void.
Usually, that something is an unhealthy amount of stress, worry, and reactivity. Over the years, these negative aspects of the administrative role seem normal, but they are absolutely not.
In Build Leadership Momentum, you will:
- Learn the five categories of an effective 90-day entry plan.
- Avoid the most common mistakes leaders make when crafting their entry plan.
- Set the tone for the culture you want to build.
- Create meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
- Learn how to communicate more effectively.
- Get more done in 90 days than other principals get done in a year.
Imagine what would be possible if you knew the exact steps to take with your team during the first 90 days of school.
Swap the beginning of the year blues for excitement, energy, and best of all—momentum. Make that decision now and pick up a copy of Build Leadership Momentum.
