Is your child struggling with big feelings? Help them turn their "Grumble Rumbles" into calm moments.
When a child is overwhelmed, they don't need a lecture-they need a pause. In Bubba Bear and the Grumble Rumble, children follow a relatable journey of identifying that heavy, prickly feeling of frustration and learning exactly how to breathe through it.
This isn't just a story; it's a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) tool designed for parents and educators to teach mindfulness in a way that actually sticks.
Why Parents Love Bubba Bear:
•Gentle & Reassuring: A soft, watercolor-style journey that reduces overstimulation before sleep.
•Actionable Mindfulness: Includes a "Flower Breath" guide that kids can use anywhere-from the classroom to the playground.
•Bonding Tool: Designed for interactive reading to strengthen the parent-child connection.
Inside this book, your child will discover:
•The Flower Breath: A simple, visual breathing technique to lower heart rates instantly.
•Grounding Exercises: How to use sensory touch to move from "reactive" to "calm."
•Emotional Literacy: A new vocabulary to describe feelings before they become meltdowns.
Perfect for fans of The Color Monster and Slumberkins, this book is a must-have for any "calm down corner" or bedtime routine.
Add Bubba Bear to your library and give your child the gift of self-regulation today!
