Socialist Party and a member of the Inter-Racial Committee. Glazier provides details of a sample of the killings and beatings of blacks by D. C. police over the previous eleven years, including a number of victims who were shot in the back of the head. He concludes with a plea for readers to support Congressional legislation investigating police brutality in D. C. Stapled wrappers (9" x 6"), 7 p.
