Most items will be dispatched the same or the next working day. A copy that has been read but remains in clean condition. All of the pages are intact and the cover is intact and the spine may show signs of wear. The book may have minor markings which are not specifically mentioned. An acceptable condition book. Undated but likely antique. Poor in places, with heavy splitting to the spine edges and a loose frontispiece. Significant gutter cracks to both boards but they remain attached with netting. Not an original Culpepper's Herbal - A review in the front of the book notes it to be a 'Culpepper's Herbal, Improved by Brook and is described as being 'Free from Humbug'. The page binding has slacker sections but is reliable, and the text is all fully legible. The pages and plates are Good, with some toning to the margins and gold gilt page edges. A reading and reference copy ONLY. Potential for some repair. Requires gentler handling.
