This VG+ quality book was published in 1916 by A.L.Burt Company; it is format #1 with a decorated front panel and spine. It is 7-1/2" tall and has 255 numbered pages. It has a slight lean, is very clean, free of corner bumps and edge dings; the head and heel of the spine are very lightly bumped, without fabric damage; bottom edges have very little wear. The front panel and spine have no signs of wear, damage or soiling. The interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and page damage of any type. Both hinges are strong and undamaged. The only illustration is the frontis. The paper has toned very slightly and the pages are very flexible and not brittle. The jacket is in VG condition. It has a slight amount of soiling, with tiny chips at all four corners and small chips at the head and heel of the spine, none of which take out any lettering.
