Item description from seller

A single leaf folded into 24 sections. Near fine. Largely devoted to sun and fun in Sag Harbor with a rudimentary map of Sag Harbor and the surrounding areas, along with many small advertisements for local businesses, and a space for addressing and mailing the brochure. No apparent date, but someone with knowledge of the area's business community could probably pinpoint the date more closely than our approximation.
