weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact
you to let you know extra shipping is required. Note prices quoted are for surface
mail. If you require airmail additional charges may occur. For customers in
Europe or Australia you may wish to have airmail as surface mail can take a long
time and is a bit unpredictable.
