Graham Bartram is the General Secetary of the Flag Institute, Secretary-General for Congress of FIAV (Fédération internationale des associations vexillologiques) and a consultant to the British Government on flags. He has worked on several new national flags, including advising the UN on Bosnia Herzegovina and designing the flags of Antarctica and Tristan da Cunha. He now edits BR20 Flags of all Nations for the Ministry of Defence.


Graham Bartram is the General Secretary of the Flag Institute.
